So which strategies will you adopt?
I think working for 70 hours a week can be quite hard for a person. This can lead to total burn out if you are not careful. I agree with you that doing something you like makes you less tired but even if it is in this case you still need time to rest enough. If your work is too much then I agree that outsourcing is the way to go. Great video and tips.
Thanks Jesse, many business owners don’t realize that they are really setting themselves up for burnout if they continue to work these excessive hours. Getting enough rest is an important reminder for us all!
